The conference will be held at the hotel Holiday Inn Lisbon (see here the map location and here the hotel website), which is close to the Alameda campus of the Instituto Superior Técnico and of the headquarters of INESC-ID and INOV (the three organizing entities).

Any personal data processing carried out in the context of the registration process is performed by Abreu Events on its own behalf according to the terms of its privacy policy. However, some personal data (namely, identification data) may be shared with and processed independently by INESC-ID for the purpose of the performance of the contract for hosting the CBI-EDOC conference, in full compliance with INESC ID Privacy and Data Protection Policy, during the period of time strictly necessary for the aforementioned purpose.
Registration Information
Payment for registration can be made by credit card or bank transfer (payment details will be provided in the registration form).
Early registration is available until 9 August 2025.
The following registration options are available:
- Full Registration – Early: 550 € / Late: 650 € – Includes access to all events from 9 to 12 September, including the welcome reception on the 9th and the conference dinner on the 11th.
- Student Registration – Early: 350 € / Late: 450 € – Includes access to all events from 9 to 12 September, including the welcome reception on the 9th and the conference dinner on the 11th.
- Workshops Only – 100 € – Grants access to afternoon workshops on either 9 or 12 September. Includes lunch on the selected day.
- One-Day Pass – Early: 200 € / Late: 250 € – Grants access to one selected day (10, 11, or 12 September). Includes all services for that day, except the conference dinner on the 11th.
- Extra Conference Dinner Ticket: 50 €
- Accommodation: It possible to book a room at the Holiday Inn Lisbon at the special rates of €165.00 (single room) or €175.00 (double room), an option available in the last page of the registration form…
At the end of the registration process, a confirmation email will be sent with full details and a PDF proforma invoice.
